For people who can’t answer the phone mid-session
Your 3:30 just cancelled. It’s already being filled.
Stay with your client. WaitListings texts your waitlist one person at a time, in the order you set. The first to accept gets the slot, and the texting stops.
Filled by Priya. You get a text. Tom and Lena were never bothered and stay on the list.

- WaitListings sorts the people waiting for that service: urgent, then VIP, then who joined first.

- Priya (VIP) gets the next text, opens the link and taps Accept.
- The slot is filled, you're told who took it, and Tom and Lena are never texted.

Call the office to book an appointment or to get back on the waitlist.
This is what Priya sees. Her buttons work.
Why one at a time
Nobody gets blasted.
Most waitlists shout. WaitListings taps one shoulder. It’s the difference between your clients trusting your texts and muting them.
The group text
Everyone’s phone buzzes at once. One person wins, the rest tap through to a slot that’s already gone, and you spend your break sorting out who said yes first.
WaitListings
One person gets the offer and a little time to answer. If they pass or the time runs out, it moves on. The moment someone accepts, the texting stops.
How long each person gets
The closer the slot, the shorter the clock.
When the slot is more than 8 hours away.
When it’s 2 to 8 hours away.
When it’s under 2 hours away.
Late isn’t lost. If someone answers after their turn and the slot is still open, they’re marked pending and get it, unless the person being asked right now says yes first. Either way they get a text telling them where they stand.
The part you never see
The product is a text message.
Most people who touch WaitListings never see a dashboard. They get one text, one page and one confirmation. No app to download, no account, no password.
One text
Your business name and a link. That’s the whole message.
One page
The time, the service and a clear yes or no.
One confirmation
They’re in, and it’s one tap to their calendar.
Who hears first
Your order, not the fastest thumb.
- First
Urgent
The person who really needs in soon. Flag them and they go to the front.
- Then
VIP
Your regulars and your best clients, ahead of the general list.
- Then
Everyone else
In the order they joined. Fair, and easy to explain.
Only people waiting for that kind of appointment hear about it. Open a 60-minute massage and the person waiting for a 30-minute one won’t get a text.
Getting going
Three things to do. Then it’s one.
- 1
Set your services
List the appointments you offer, the way you already name them.
- 2
Collect your waitlist
Share your link by text, drop the sign-up box on your website, or add people yourself when they call. Anyone you add gets a text to confirm they want alerts, and only people who confirm are ever offered a slot.
- 3
Mark an opening
This is the only thing you do from then on. Date, time, service. WaitListings takes it from there and tells you who accepted, by text, email or both.
Who it’s for
You do the work and run the book.
- Massage therapistsYour hands are busy and your phone is in a drawer.
- TrainersYou’re spotting a deadlift, not refreshing your messages.
- ChiropractorsMid-adjustment is a bad time to start calling down a list.
- EstheticiansNobody wants you texting while their peel is on.
- Tattoo artistsGloves on, machine running, and your 2:00 just flaked.

Quick answers
Before you ask.
Will it work with my booking tool?
Yes. It runs alongside whatever calendar you already use rather than plugging into it. You’re told who accepted, and you put them in your book.
Do my clients need an app?
No. They get a text with a link. There’s nothing to install and nothing to log in to.
What happens if nobody accepts?
WaitListings works down the list. If it reaches the end, or the appointment time passes, it stops and the slot stays open. Everyone stays on the list for the next one.
Can people leave the list?
Any time. There’s a remove link on every offer, and replying STOP stops the texts.
Do I need office staff to run it?
No. It’s built for people who do the work and manage the calendar themselves.
What does it cost?
30 days free with no card, then $39.99, $79.99 or $159.99 a month depending on how many openings you run. See the plans.
Your next cancellation is already on its way.
30 days free. No card. Plans from $39.99 a month after that.
