What counts as an appointment to fill?
Each opening you hand to WaitListings counts as one, whether or not someone ends up taking it.
What’s an active person on the list?
Someone currently waiting who can be offered a slot. People who’ve left, or who’ve accepted and aren’t staying on, don’t count.
What if I go over my plan?
